The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.Īnd the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and spake unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing. The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. And he arose immediately.īlessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. And he stretched it forth and it was restored whole, like as the other.Īnd Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And Moses cried unto the Lord, saying, Heal her now, O God, I beseech thee.įor even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again when he suffered, he threatened not but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
